This could help you find out who your customers would be. Your biggest competitors are the popular companies who have the same exact business idea as you, or something very similar. During this research, you should try and find ways to set yourself apart from your competitors, so that people will come to you instead.
Find Potential Collaborators
Having collaborators who find your business idea interesting should be found. Collaborators are those who don’t have any financial interest in your business startup. This could include associations, media and organizations that have similar customers as you, that can help get the word out about your business. Of course, these would be entities that aren’t direct competitors.
Having a business idea is great, but without the proper knowledge regarding what you’re going to do to make it happen, you will have problems with jumpstarting your company.
